Garrett Steck is a member of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s corporate and employment practice groups where he represents international and domestic clients with regard to the cross border movement of goods and personnel.

Garrett has experience in managing cases and representing multinational corporations, healthcare facilities, large and small businesses and individual clients before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, US Department of State and US Department of Labor. His practice facilitates the movement of key executives, management, technical and skilled workers and their family members into the US by obtaining and maintaining temporary and permanent visas for specialty occupation workers, NAFTA professionals, intra-company transferees, investors/traders, nonagricultural workers, exchange visitors and for aliens possessing extraordinary ability.

Kaitlin Beck (Associate @Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd)
Kaitlin Beck is an associate in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Columbia office and focuses her practice on immigration and corporate law. 

Kaitlin assists in managing immigration cases and representing multinational corporations, healthcare facilities, large and small businesses and individuals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Labor.

She helps U.S. and foreign-based clients with their immigration needs, including employment-based visas, permanent resident status applications and labor certifications. Kaitlin provides advice and counsel on I-9 and E-Verify compliance, as well as state law employment verification requirements.
